Channel 101. Tbaytel’s Digital TV Video On Demand service allows you to choose from a huge library of FREE and rentable On Demand programming that you can play, pause and rewind. Choose from children’s programming, movies, and local content. Local content includes a library of current and previous episodes of the TB Newshour and Thunder Bay City Council Meetings.
