An early cancellation fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00), per month remaining on the term of the service agreement to a maximum of three-hundred and eighty-five dollars ($385.00) per new free/subsidized cellular phone offer or six-hundred and thirty dollars ($630.00) per new free/subsidized data device applies.
