Getting Started

To start your own Prepaid mobility plan please see the steps below.

  1. Activate A Prepaid Phone

    2. Visit a Fill Up & Go dealer to purchase a cell phone or activate a working cell phone you already own*. Plus, keep your phone number if you are switching to TBayTel Fill Up & Go service.

  2. Activate Your Account

    3. From your activated cell phone, call #TALK (#8255) to initialize your account and set up your password.

  3. Add Prepaid Dollars To Your Account

    4. Purchase Prepaid Dollars at a Fill Up & Go dealer or retailer; over the phone; or on the web. Fill up anytime and purchase a denomination that works for you; $10, $20 or $50.
